Joe received his B.S. in Public Relations from Syracuse University in 1981. He followed that up by getting his M.S. in Accounting and Juris Doctorate, also from Syracuse University, in 1986. Before graduating from Syracuse Law School, he was elected Chair of its prestigious Moot Court Board and awarded the Order of Barristers Award. Joe was later admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1986, the New York bar in 1987, and was admitted as a CPA in Maryland in 1988. Joe is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and the U.S. Tax Court.
In addition to Joe’s other activities, he’s taught law at Syracuse University and lectured at other continuing legal education programs. Joe Callahan is proof that sharing your knowledge and insights on all legal matters is a great tool that helps others.
