Although Joe’s degrees and accolades can’t actually talk, his credentials have equipped him with the expertise and know-how to handle every case he takes on. Joe earned his B.S. in Public Relations in 1981 from Syracuse University, followed by his M.S. in Accounting and Juris Doctor in 1986, also from Syracuse University. While in law school, Joe served as the Moot Court Board Chair and was later earned the prestigious Order of the Barristers Award. Joe was admitted to the bar in Connecticut in 1986, then New York bar in 1987 and, later, was admitted as a CPA in Maryland in 1988. Joe is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and the U.S. Tax Court.
